Owner of Luc Gareau Architectural Design & Drafting, Luc started in 1982 as a part time business. Working in the construction industries as a municipal building official, manager of a municipal building permit department, estimator and as a project manager, he cumulated over 35 years of experience.
During his career, Luc worked in collaboration with clients, engineers, contractors, surveyors, and other stakeholders on a daily basis providing technical advice that can assist clients with finding ideal solutions in various construction aspects.
Luc likes to provide personalized, one-on-one service for each of his clients. Whether it’s for a dream custom home design, a house addition, an attached or detached garage construction and small commercial fit-up. With is great experience related to construction industry, he can help clients navigate the building permit process, and municipal requirements.
Luc Gareau Architectural Design & Drafting firm have a Building Code Identification Number (BCIN) and offers complete building permit, working drawings, or “blueprints” used for all municipal construction permit applications that can be used as building construction drawings.
